Access that manages itself, from first shift to last

What the integration can and won’t do
Connect Frontline reads employee records from your HR system and provisions access to Staffbase from them. It doesn’t write back to HR, and it doesn’t read what sits inside Staffbase.

Common questions
How do frontline employees use Staffbase without company email?
Can we use Entra ID accounts for frontline workers?
Yes, with some caveats worth considering. In many cases, using an Entra ID licence for a frontline worker costs more than Connect Frontline. It also doesn't offer the same automated provisioning into your workplace platforms, reporting of who's using what, or employee lifecycle management that comes standard with Connect Frontline. Using Entra ID for frontline employees means every manual request, whether it be setting up a new user on Staffbase, resetting a password, or removing access once someone leaves, is an extra ticket that needs to be actioned by IT.
ConnectID is built for this exact use case: organisations with large frontline workforces that don't have access to company email and need a secure and reliable method of provisioning access at scale, without exposing themselves to increased risk or compliance issues. Through Connect Frontline, each identity comes straight from your HR data, workers can activate their account themselves via QR code, with the same login covering your entire stack rather than just Staffbase alone.
